The real estate industry is changing. Who is buying today and why they are buying is very different from the past.
Dr. Jessica Lautz, Vice President of Demographics and Behavioral Insights at NAR and headliner for NAR’s Broker Summit and iOi Conference, will be here to cover how businesses and members can plan for these changes in a top 11 list of trends.
Her presentation will help agents understand how longer lifespans, a growth in multi-generational families, a drop in marriage rates, and a plummet in childbearing is changing buying.
How is housing affordability playing a role?
What’s the deal with student debt?
How can our member help all generations with buying and selling real estate?
How can agents be more efficient or look at things from a different angle?
Dr. Lautz has the answers! You won’t want to miss this presentation.
